Our Coppice Woodland glamping site is a collection of intertwined ‘rooms’. We let the site to one family or couple at a time so our unique glamping site offers exclusive use of our native two acre woodland.

A renovated 1973 VW camper van with a permanent full sized double bed.
A woodsman’s yurt with king size bed to sleep two or use as a living area.

a genuinely beautiful twin vault dry compost toilet (really!) and ‘bathroom’ (wood fired hot tub and cold shower).

Rustic football goals.
An opportunity to see a working smallholding where guests are welcome to ask us about any areas of our work; vegetable and fruit growing, bee keeping, meadow upkeep and orchard and woodland management.
We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about our ecologically sound self built house, domestic wind turbine, rain water harvesting, reed bed water recycling, solar panels and borewell water supply. Our vineyard was planted in 2012.
The romantic woodland site offers bathing under the stars in the indulgent wood fired hot tub. This is a great family event or something special just for two.
Party Numbers
The renovated VW camper can sleep 2 adults, the woodsman’s yurt can sleep 2. Our sister site The Secret Garden can be booked at the same time to facilitate larger groups or two families (up to 7 people total).

The cost is from £330 for two nights for up to 4 people.

Useful things to know
- There is no power at the glampsite. There are solar lamps and solar fairy lights and torches. There are plugs in the potting shed a short walk away if you need to charge any devices during your stay.
- The glampsite is unheated, so please bring appropriate clothing, hot water bottles and extra duvets or sleeping bags during the winter months!
