We include both fresh eggs and honey in our veggie boxes.

We are currently planning the integration of goats and/or pigs into the smallholding. Livestock and the manure produced are one part of a sustainable holding that can maintain its own fertility.

All livestock are managed and fed organically according to Soil Association standards.
